In 2008, a staffing agency called Select Staff opened to serve job seekers and employers in western Wisconsin. Since then, we’ve expanded to Minnesota with an office in North Branch and also decided to rebrand—in 2018, we became Integra Staff.
Our name reflects one of our most foundational values as a company—Integrity. We’re honored to work with local job seekers and employers, and we don’t take their trust lightly.
We believe that employment agencies should benefit both the employer and the job seeker. To make this happen, we’ve established a local, flexible, and responsive staffing process.
About Matt Klein
As Integra Staff’s owner and operator, Matt is the main point of contact for client companies. Matt’s direct involvement with Integra Staff is a big part of our ability to respond quickly and flexibly to clients’ needs.
Matt lives in North Branch with his wife, Teresa, where they enjoy anything outdoors—especially motorcycling, hunting, fishing, and camping.
About Teresa Klein
As Integra Staff’s Client Relations Manager, Teresa focuses her time on client retention as well as new client acquisition. Teresa also spends time working with employees, getting them placed with our client companies.
Teresa lives in North Branch with her husband, Matt, where they enjoy anything outdoors—especially motorcycling, hunting, fishing, and camping.
About Donette Rahm-Jost
As Integra Staff’s Manager, Donette runs the day to day operations at the Barron, WI office. She spends the majority of her time working with employees, getting them placed with our client companies. Donnette is the longest tenured employee with Integra Staff, she has been her since the very beginning.
Donnette lives in Chetek, WI with her husband, Marvin, where they enjoy spending time with their children and all of their activities.

Sarah lives in Grantsburg, WI with her husband, Josh, and son Landon. They enjoy spending time outdoors, especially fishing.
